This movie is not really an indie film. It is a cute light hearted romantic comedy. The dialogue is not great, but not so glaring that it distracts. Bel Palsy does well in this role even though regardless of the writing. I hate whenever reviewers are so negative about cheesy movies. It is a romantic comedy. It will be predictable and cheesy. Is it as good as "You've Got Mail" or "La La Land"? No, but it is a decent watch.
