Peggy Sue

I'm just now starting to watch this series and I'm not sure if they use the same therapy for every season, but the therapist in season 1 interrupts the clients too much. She finishes thier sentences and puts words in thier mouth. She has even told one patient how she was damaged and hanging onto past hurt and the lady told the therapist she was off base. That she didn't feel that way. The first season therapist isn't just guiding communication. She's inserting her own personal thoughts and feelings about things. Hopefully each season has a different therapist.

I'm binge watching all 6 episodes today and it has moved me, made me emotional, made me sad, made me happy, made me hopeful, and way more than once per episode, made me ugly cry. I hope that someday people who don't fit into society's mold will be celebrated, loved, appreciated, heard and accepted. The queens are providing a valuable experience for people who may have never felt okay to be who they are. This show should continue on until a day when it may no longer be needed.

I am on episode 5 so far and I am loving loving loving this show. Two guys cooking and learning from each other with no ego whatsoever. It's a great show. I am loving how they use realistic amounts of salt and pepper like we use at home. Most cooking shows try to pretend they only use 14 grains of salt or just a microscopic pinch, when in fact it takes much more salt to season than they usually show.
