It shows the corruption of some of these groups who brand their food sustainable to the fishing fleets through financial aid.
It was interesting to know that the biggest plastic issue is modern fishing nets.
It’s sad to be shown the issue of over fishing and I will now reconsider eating fish, for more reasons than that of what I was already aware, plastic micro beads and mercury within the fish.
It does have good facts like -
Algae oil is a plant-based source of EPA and DHA, two omega-3 fats that are essential for your health.
I think more people need to see this documentary sadly not everyone has Netflix to consider their own choices
