It had promise but really dragged on with certain parts of the story that didn’t really matter. I never thought 8 episodes would seem so long. I got bored half way through. It was a good premise some of the characters were good but the story dragged sooooooo much.

The idea of the main character who you want to earn redemption. By the end I still hated him and wished nothing but misery from him. I think it missed the mark of the book and the spirit of the book
