Polanski’s masterpiece of pure horror. This amazing low budget film led to his next film, Rosemary’s Baby. There are more genuine scares in this one than all the silly Halloween and Chucky remakes put together. There’s several jump scares that are honest and motivated. A truly disturbing movie.
