Excellent movie, beautiful plot and animation. Would highly recommend. The characters feel so real when it comes to hardship and how we cannot run away from our problems. They talk about neglect and wanting to feel love. She ran into the seller when he saw she wasn't happy. The story of Hinode and Miyo was very cute but it is also the most awkward part. The issue of Miyo is the "Henodi sunrise attack". Many people claim its an expression of love. But imagine if the genders were reversed. It would be sexual harassment. No wonder Henodi didn't like her at first. I also feel the pacing of the movie is fast. It starts with a flashback. I think the movie should have been about 2 hours instead of 100 minutes. The plots sometimes skipped from one scene to another. And the ending was extremely rushed. It was the most rushed ending ever. It is not necessarily a cliffhanger but i feel its too fast. I wished the movie went more smoothly, showed us how she started falling in love with hinode, and what made her willing to be a cat. I feel a lot of important things were skipped. Overall despite my complaints, I recommend this movie.
