If you are a star wars fan, you'll definitely enjoy the story line and the action. Knowing how star wars stories branch in to existence using subtle or insignificant looking incidents, I like where this is trying to go. The graphics are pretty excellent IMO. Kudos all around to the designers and the developers.
However the game is way too short. Less than an hour of play. (If it was a movie I think run-time would be around 30 mins) And more than half of it is walking, climbing, listening to exposition presented in different ways. But that part is not really dull since the scenery and the narrative is pretty good and effective for a VR experience.
No offense to the developers of the game, but given how short it is $9.99 is too much to spend on this. Specially since they plan to release many more "episodes", I'd imagine each for the same price. Which would make the "Vader Immortal" game being the most expensive game out of all VR games.
Light saber fighting techniques of the droids could be improved though. You can almost always anticipate their move with or without having the "force" :D. But I'd imagine they'd be less so in future episodes.
One really annoying game play experience is the way users are notified to get back to their game world if they step out of the designated location they need to be in order to progress the story. The game blacks out the entire screen with arrows pointing back to where the player needs to go. It feels like you just stepped on to a void making things pretty unrealistic. The whole feeling of "immersion" is gone instantly even after getting back to the world.
