This show is mockery to modern day feminism. The entire show is female minors being groomed by old men and being in emotionally physically abusive relationships with men. glorifying drug abuse, alcohol abuse, minors having sex with adults, minor nudity, minors sending explicit photos, list goes on and on. 25 year olds are playing characters in highschool, it sends a negative message to young people who see this and think “this is what I should look like”, “this is what I should act like” Sydney Sweeney is an adult, the butt naked sex scenes are so uncomfortable to watch knowing she’s supposed to be 16 in the show. the outfits are uncomfortable knowing they’re supposed to be 16. to me it has the same vibes as the porn industry with “barely legal” vids exploiting young women. let’s not normalize ANYTHING in euphoria. in 2022 I would hope to see more media that uplifts women and young women. sad to see someone like zendaya accept a role in this awful series.
