Clint Eastwood has done justice to the revisionist view of the wild west and the lives of the bounty hunters. While the protagonist (Will Munny) repent the actions of his past but the dire straits lead him to the abyss (killing spree) once again. The gory details in the climax have made any possible romanticism of the wild west impossible. Rightly so this movie has been added to the National Film Registry of US for being culturally important while portraying the wild west objectively. Some parts of the movie lacked and supporting character "Schofield" depiction was little inconsistent. Nevertheless, this movie deserves to be seen

More than the movie parasite, Uncut Gems explains the concept of parasite clearly when one lender turns on his borrower even when the borrower had actually made a huge profit using his credit he took from his lender. Adam does justice to the role of an ambitious diamond merchant who tries to make amends for his lenders by trying to buy one of the opals from the African Jewish community without knowing if his risks would indeed be worthy enough for the efforts. Although Adam Sandler seems artful during the initial parts of the movie, he rather looked gullible when he was hoodwinked by the African group with the Black Opal by selling him for a price that it was not worth for. There are too many scenes that show how helpless the protagonist is when he is unable to spend time with his family and is constantly under the dagger, but beyond a point, those scenes seemed unnecessary to the plot. The movie explains how heartless the loan sharks are in the NYC business centres and how seemingly clever men fall for ways that send them to the abyss. Although some moments created palpable tension in the audience, the movie as a whole fails to cut ice. You never know if the movie was created to evoke sympathy for the protagonist or to cast a bad light on his business practices as well as that of the loan sharks.

This is by far the best sitcom I have ever watched. Having watched other immensely successful sitcoms like the office, I would ascertain the character development in friends is incredible. Most of the characters except Rachel, by the end of the show, did not change their nature from what it was at the beginning of the show. There were too many moments that were emotionally connected to me and that's where David and Marta Kaufmann have played their part. Monica has this finicky character which some of the audience might not like but her other aspects more than make for it. Initially, Chandler's character looked the most comical during the first two seasons but after that Joey's character stood out to best in the series throwing up with instantaneous jokes that would tickle most of the bones in our body. The scene where Joey is asked to describe the relationship between Monica and Chandler and add something about love, he consciously uses alliteration with loving....sharing.....giving....taking.... even after he inadvertently uses a better description of how they meant to him. That is the best scene of the series. Go, check out the tidbits from IMDB which are interesting but don't read them before you watch the show as they contain spoilers.

One of the best movies directed by Martin Scorsese. This movie is a about a desolate gangster who revists his life while sitting in a wheelchair in a oldage home. Even after having killed so many during life and having betrayed his closest friend, the protagonist does feel remorseful at all. This is the director's touch of Martin Scorsese (just like Stanley Kubrick's anti-war movies) where his mockery of gangsters of the 19th and 20th century were so full of themself that they were totaltly shut off from they misery they had casued to their near and dear ones.
