My mom was struggling with bipolar disease for years and Lithium helped her stay balanced. All the science behind this series is absolutely real and I remember my mom while on her manic episode was just like Kat being unreasonably happy and shopping unnecessary things and being so energetic and positive and so on. Watching it reminds me how important mental health is and how little people knows about bipolar. I highly recommend it to watch 👌 Rest In Peace MOM ❤
