A movie which I hadn't seen until 3 years ago and have loved it ever since. It's in my favourite 25 films of all time. For me this is Hitchocks best work. The performance from Cary Grant is fantastic. He exudes charisma, charm and wit. James mason and Eva Marie Saint also deliver Stella performances and the amount of famous set pieces like the crop duster plane, mount Rushmore, the musical score and twists are fun.

One of my all time favourite films. This is expertly acted with a wonderful performance from notably Morgan Freeman.

One of my all time favourite British gangster films. I really liked Vinnie Jones and Lenny McClean's performances as the hardened enforcers for P.H Morriaty's vicious crime king pin. The soundtrack is fantastic and some of the lines are hilarious. It does stutter a little in places i feel with some of the dialogue delivery but overall this is an absolute classic.

Such an underrated movie and easily one of Arnies best. The excellent score, suspense and the fact you hardly see the Predator leaving it to imagination and the whole stealthy feel of the film make this a classic. The acting isn't anything special but this as a whole is a classic.

Not up to Goodfellas level, but then few films are in my opinion....the fact this is 3 hours long, it never drags, it is fast paced and well narrated without feeling we are being treated like idiots. Pesci dials up his psycotic role from Goodfellas to 11 here but it never feels as good a performance in my view....overall really entertaining and competent performances from the three leads. To think Deniro made this and Heat in the same year is testament to the power he had between 74 and 97

Eli Wallach is so good in this movie. His comedic timing is fantastic. This epic western is so incredibly directed and well shot with so many famous scenes. Notably the stare down and subsequent gun draw between the three men at the end. The thing which really sets it apart though for me is that Score. Oh my days it is arguably (along with Jaws and Star Wars) the most famous in movie history and it is so, so good.

Easily one of the best action films ever made and for is absolutely one of the best sequels. I Actually prefer this to the original in all honesty. The score, set pieces and stunt work are incredible. Arnie actually gives an endearing performance as he becomes more "human". For me Robert Patrick is definitely the best villain in the entire franchise. He gives such a dead eyed portrayal of the T1000 and for role he had to train to run without appearing to get out of breath and fire a gun without blinking. The ending is literally one of two or three movies which brings a tear to my eye.

Steven Spielberg created two of my all time favourite movies in this and Jaws. An absolutely fantastic blockbuster which boasts amazing effects, which still hold up now, stellar score and some very competent performances as well as a kick arse script and some heart stopping action sequences.

Easily one of the best sequels ever made. One of the best action movies ever made and for me superior to the Excellent Alien. The reason both of these films are so good, is they are they're own movies. Weaver is superb as Ripley and rightly was Oscar nominated. The effects even now are fantastic and the climatic battle with the Queen is one of the best fight scenes in movie history. Added to that is the terrifying score, all around good performances for the supporting cast and an adrenaline inducing series of set pieces which still hold up now.

This (along with Jaws) is my favourite movie of all time... Scorsese delivers an absolutely mesmerising film with excellent soundtrack and performances from the three leads. Ray liotta has never been better, Deniro and Pesci give brutal, sadistic, ruthless portrayals of his gangster friends and the supporting cast is very well put together. The Narration and pace of the movie ensure that it never lets up as we see the rise and fall of "the wise guys". Easily one of th best films ever made!
