A very well written biography which brings to life a remarkable woman who lived life to the full. Gaining accolades as a writer, Elizabeth as she became known cultivated the friendship of quite a number of the literary notables of the early 20th century.
Must admit that personality traits as so tellingly described by Joyce Morgan did not endear me to her despite her lierary success.
