Customer service is unhelpful and doesn't seem personal at all. Messages seemed automated and didn't solve my issue before they simply ceased communication. I was trying to get a refund after a family member accidentally bought the game using my PayPal but they refused to listen to what I was saying.
If you are a person who cares about the company behind your game, and the care they show their clients, look elsewhere. These people are not the devs for you.
