This film is one of the best-ALL TIME. Lost Horizon should be shown to ALL the current "directors/producers", and let them reflect on the GARBAGE THEY PRODUCE. The VALUES that this movie projects should be taught to EVERY STUDENT In Junior High School & HIGH SCHOOL, PROVIDING THE TEACHER HAS THE "SMARTS" TO UNDERSTAND THEM THEMSELVES. Really enjoyed this movie, as some one else said "it is a Western in todays time", and I really love westerns I DO think the "cooler" should have spent MORE time with DENISE, along with the Doctor. The 2 beautiful WOMEN REALY MADE THIS MOVIE, & without them this movie would be a ZERO(0).

I always check the actors and their background. The hair do of AMY is one of the worst I have see in my 81 years. At my age, I can like a pretty woman, but AMY's hair do is awful and she would look better without hair.

Your review of his movie is NOT the same movie I watched !!!!! The Terrill's and the Hannassey's were not good neighbors and fought over a neighbors water, which both needed at times. The heads of the family did not like each other, and each family had bad actors & actions toward the other family. The Terrills had a inflated view of thier family and of their class and position, while one of the Hannassey's sons was LOW CLASS with no manners. The love interest changes from what was at the beginning of the film.

AS USUAL: A POOR PICTURE IS SHIELDED BY VERY POOR LIGHTING AND ACTING. TOO BAD THE FILTER ON THE CAMERA WAS NOT PAINTED OVER WITH BLACK PAINT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
