I did not love Pokémon Sword. The game is very visually appealing. The graphics are the best of any Pokémon game yet as they should be. The battles are fun but seem to easy now. I rarely fought a battle I couldn’t win. The map is different from earlier games in a bad way. It didn’t really make sense. The gym battles were very easy but entertaining. Probably the best part of the game sadly. Not much of a story. Pretty much just go through the towns battling each gym with no side stories or trouble really along the way. It was boring. I like more conflict and problem solving. Nintendo really missed the mark on this one.
