SBS, I must add on that your team are so international, accepting and inquisitive of all the different cooking and styles all over the world and every nook and alleys.. so brilliant, multicultural and vibrant and exotic in many ways.. I learnt so much about some cultures and cuisines and cooking method that i never grew up with like "How the hell to cook that artichokes???".
