You could listen to the haters who only ever would of been wanting another batman game or the loud people who haven't even played this game.
Ignore the babies and enjoy the romp because this game is pretty damn good.
The writing is funny: Twisted and raunchy.
The concept is novel and I applaud rocksteady for having the balls.
Combat is Arkham meets crackdown: it's fun and unique when you get used to it.
Honestly this is the most fun I've had with sandbox/open world game since maybe Arkham Knight.
As always, Rocksteady is top in class when it comes to design and fidelity.

Cons:
- I don't like that bailing stops the music. I get that that it's a consequence for bailing but just let me hear the songs play vv.
- no option for blood on bails like classic thps
- no ability to disable character voice
- with the subtraction of money, some levels have lost some goals/purpose to some areas.
Pros:
- just about everything else.
