I have used this book and a rebounder for at least two decades. I highly recommend this easy to read book and he simplifies the science brilliantly. This is a good replacement instead of jogging outside and hurting ones joints. There are also an abundance of different exercises to do with this product. You can really go wrong with the book or by investing in a rebounder.

My daughter is a survivor of Leukemia. During treatment I purchased three feet of cancer books and honestly, most were useless. I wanted helpful answers to get us through treatment as unscathed as possible. This book Comprehensive Cancer Care, is by far, the best cancer book I found. With this book I was able to get our Oncologists to approve of certain supplements based on studies in this book. Visualization, quality of life, lessening stress, etc., are just a few of the very important subjects covered in this book. I literally bought several copies for our medical team and one of them told me that the book changed her life and she thanked me profusely. Many people mistakenly think that a book has to be recently published to be useful. That is not true. Some of the best information is actually priceless no matter its age - priceless and timeless. Get this book!!
