I think this book was so brilliant and not a waste of time. It was so perfectly putten that at the end I cried with the girl as she says " I cried for TJ". Mildred D Taylor is a brilliant writer and I wish her long life and to be safe at this time of the pandemic. Now people who say this is boring (cough cough cough Binaca) don't understand that that means there boring. A person who finds this book boring needs to read it. THis book is full of history and is written by a black person's view which is the best part. If you could read a little more maybe you will like it. Thank You Mildred Taylor for writing a brilliant book
