Writing style is good, but I didn’t much like Kira. I had trouble visualizing a lot of the aliens which took some joy out of it. Those on the whole aren’t big deals. However the ending I thought was AWFUL. SPOILERS Kira basically becomes a god and can do anything just because. Has a gift giving scene straight out of LOTR and went on to long. It was almost painful to read. Sad because I liked the Inheritance series
