Sickening to see 'no gloves' - no 'hair nets'.....Jake rubbing his eye with his finger and Elle's hair hanging down around cheeks - Jak and Shaz's hair hanging down - Rachel and Ruela (sp?) hair with all wispy long bits hanging down and braid over shoulder and Ruela(sp?) pushing pear and cream around on the dessert plate with her bare fingers..........made me gag....
