Not the movie I wanted it to be.
But...I was entertained throughout only because I’m a huge fan of the series. It does not stand on its own, at all...but I feel like it had potential to.
From the love story stand point I get it.
But, I (we) waited 20 years and feel like there is less finality and more uncertainty, just...not in a good way.
What an opportunity to tie a bow on a spectacular franchise with an epic finale...wasted. Ugh.
