1995 was a magnum colossus in British comedy, hugely down to the extremely clever Chris Morris.
His legacy, sadly dampened by overly serious weirdo's and people of limited ken, was a British catastrophe for true wit, as losing Kula Shaker was a travesty for true music.
The real history of Britain in the last twenty five years is not one many know... And Chris Morris, was a vital component in generating the chuckling hopes of a generation of fun lovers.
It was also the genesis of Alan Partridge, one of the funniest British comedians to ever live in my mind.
These two men alone, are great heroes of funniness... And the world, is a far richer place for them.
May they be granted all things.
