Such a shame Kolchak was only 1 season. 1974 was a good year, too bad they couldn't have worked things out for several more seasons. I was a little boy and I used to watch this show with my mom it was great. We got robbed with only 1 season. Have LOVED Darren McGavin ever since. Simon Oakland was Awesome in anything he did. Miss when television was television.

40 years later this is one of the greatest most personally moving pictures I've ever seen. Saw this movie in college with my old girlfriend and I remember it like it was yesterday. One of the best screenplays ever. Kevin Cline was awesome even though the movie killed his career. Meryl shot to the top and has stayed there ever since. This movie is a classic.

Sunday night channel surfing and found this show on The Travel Channel. This show belongs on the Cartoon Network the programming is for 1st-3rd graders, 3rd grade is pushing it. Travel Channel they pulled this show out of the early 70's bargain bin. These aren't even cheap stunts its like the Halloween Gong Show. Poor Travel Channel.
