Rich People Bad that’s the initial impression of this book -right away the character clearly feels sorry for herself blaming an indifferent attitude of others who are more fortunate than her. Dumped by her cheating live-in boyfriend she leaves to live on her friends couch. Job searching so she can move out without considering the ridiculous cost of living in the most expensive city in the US?? And the $12,000 she’ll earn to apartment sit for 3 mos will supposedly solve all her financial problems? I’ll bet that 12K pays for only one months rent! The problem with most novels these days is the unrealistic scenarios that the author throws at us, hoping we fall for it. Sorry, didn’t work for me this time B
