Most of the plot could have been resolved by people just talking to each other. That is melodrama. I am not sure if the end was supposed to be a lesson on society, or if it was meant to be taken seriously-if so, it makes me sick: a pathology of right-wing concepts built around aggression as something to be forgiven if done in the name of the family and marriage. There is no motive to the murder, which is disappointing to say the least. If the message was trust the police then this was an extremely cruel way to preach it.
