I so wanted to love this movie. But I just can’t jump on the “amazing” bandwagon. The actors’ dialect was so modern, especially Timothy Chalamet, Florence Pugh and Laura Dern. The cinematography and costumes were stunning, true. But the story flow seemed sloppy, and the flips through time were awkward at times. Soirse Ronin and Emma Watson were the strength of the film. Don’t get me wrong. I did not hate it. But not the brilliant work described in other reviews.
