I don't know how did we not raise the problematic views of this show when it came out. The protagonist does a black face & unibrow to make herself appear "ugly" and when she exposes her real skin which is white, she suddenly becomes beautiful to everybody. If this isn't the most racist and discriminatory stereotype this show promoted, idk what is. Such type of shows should never be encouraged in the mainstream media.
