Bad. Good scenery, but pretty much every plot line feels generic, predictable, stressful, frustrating, and drawn out. There is no real fulfillment in the movie. It builds tension for the sake of building tension and there are no surprises. The characters make stupid choices for the sole purpose of moving plot, and the movie plays into a lot of tropes like an old man protecting a little girl, and a newbie astronaut on an extremely important mission. I almost made it through the whole movie before turning it off, but I wouldn’t waste your time. P.S. I have this theory that any movie where they space walk without a tether is probably going to be bad. This movie backed that theory for me.
