Love this show! Wish I lived in a building where all of the residents were close and everyone pitched in to have a weekly pow-wow on the roof. I was disappointed to see any negative reviews about this show and then the comparison to This is us. The Village is an entirely different show and the only similarity I see is that you feel good/happy when watching it. Some have called it cheesy but I call it great. Great cast, great acting and a lot of different stories that I would imagine every viewer can relate to their own life in some way. Watch it...I’m sure you’ll love it to.
