Story and characters are forgettable, lots of mechanics that worked in the 1st and improved in the 2nd are completely removed. Characters are made up into a gatcha lottery system where you'll never really know what's good so you end up playing "Prestige" characters that already have the best skill set to begin with and can't die even on hardest mode. Voice acting is pretty bad along with characters that look disgusting, graphics aren't huge improvement from the 2nd not that it matters to much. And the worst part is the silent take down always lead victims or potential DedSec members to the hospital and end up hating the organization with no chance to ever join despite it being a silent take down or even a hypnotized take down. Always sent to hospital and hates DedSec.
