It is a fantasy game. I played pc version and it has beautiful graphics. Mechanics of the game is smooth. Unfortunately, you have to go thru all cinematics which can't be skipped which makes the game stretch to 10hrs or so. The realm of giants is immersive and you can enjoy it throughout the story. It has some features of the opened world but not entirely. Reminds me Call of duty with dedicated paths you can't deviate. Open world is not on the scale like AC Valhalla. What I really enjoyed was a head on the belt of Kratos and it's spoken lines.

The open-world is better than Assassins creed, not repetitive settlements. Lacking some parkour mechanics and better interaction with surrounding objects, walls, rocks etc. Great game
