The show is entertaining to the max. Unlike current productions of television in the USA that rely on nude survival in the jungle, dating gorgeous men or women and suffering the ordeal of picking a mate like one picks a car, DA was a funny and touching show based on a class system in it's waning years. The characters were unique and flawed. It's fiction folks....and in fiction, you get to condense stories. DA delivers on all fronts with a level of acting I have not seen on TV since Lonesome Dove. Not everyone enjoys a great steak or a succulent lobster. This show is for those who do.
