I thought this book was amazing. I learned so much from reading it that I didn't know. Howard Carson wrote this book and his cousin John Reeg edited it. I would recommend this book to anybody (especially those, who like me grew up during this time period of the Vietnam War). I am concerned that John Reeg took credit for writing this book as it's author. The actual author was Howard Carson. John Reed, I'm sure did an incredible job as editor, but he was not the author. This book was so well written, that I believe it should read as nothing less than Howard Carson, First Author!

More accurate than one would expect for the times. It's accuracy depended upon the Quick family members who responded to Arthur C. Quick's request for family information. Many Quick family members responded, but some did not. Very well put together with an insight into categorizing family names that I had never seen before making it extremely easy to read and understand. A five star book for research for sure!
