Read the books. On its own, the movie wasn't bad however it was no where near as good as the books, which I know everyone says but it's true. I wish they would reboot it with a GOT-like TV series where the books are basically a script. The movie on its own isn't bad, I would recommend it, however it didn't do the plot justice.

The movie has a very unsatisfactory ending. Decent acting but bad plot.

Absolutely great movie that flopped due to poor marketing at the time and bad critic reviews. I can easily say it is one of my favorite movies and is great. This was supposed to be a tentpole movie for a 6 movie series. Such a shame it flopped. Still hoping Warner Brothers realizes their mistake and either tries a re-release.
