Honestly, it started out as one of the best, and well-written shows on the network. It continued to be good up until the writers started pushing Fateh(the unfaithful husband) and Tejo(the wife whose sister the husband cheated with) back together. There are so many tv series pushing these disturbingly toxic relationships. The guy cheated on her with her sister for crying out loud! In a country where women have to fight to earn their place, these kind of shows sets us back several years by feeding these standards to young minds. If the writers of the show happen to see this review, then please 🤌🏼 🙏🏽 consider making some changes to the plot, so that the story line won’t be so unbelievably degrading.

SPOILER ALERT!!! Honestly, I could see the potential in the initial episodes, and it actually could've turned out so much better. Instead it’s simply yet another unbelievably insensible tv series out there. The kid who's not biologically related to Meher(the main actress) is played by the same kid who Meher gives birth to later on. So presumably, the kids took after their dad. But then, the kid grows up to look exactly like Meher (played by the same actress). This is just one of the many insensible things that happen in the story. Our country has made too many good tv show years ago, to accept these kind of nonsensical mess.

Oh, if I could give no stars, I would. Let me start off by mentioning the 'good' things. The female actors in the show are actually good at acting. That's it. Unfortunatley, the show doesn't require strong female actors, because they portray (unbelievably) primitive mindsets, where women cannot have a strong voice of their own, The storyline is very unimaginative, unrealistic and just what the country doesn't need. TV shows play a major role in moulding minds in India, and it's just not doing it right. One of the main male actors (not mentioning the name), really needs to improve his skills. I see a lot of (unnecessary) smoldering looks, but no quality acting.

I actually liked the show in the beginning, because of it's interesting storyline, character development (only in he beginning) and costumes. Eventually the storyline gets lost in the narrative and some (really) bizzare things do happen, like the one where the main actress falls on the terrace of multi-storied bulding, and the lead actor catches her so easily. Catching someone falling from that height would easily crack the person's (the one cathcing) ribs, arms and more. The storyline has developed to worse things, and is completely degrading, especially to women. It's very disappointing when tv shows with good potential just loses it with the bad narratives.
