I thought it was the best thing I have seen on TV for a very long time, absolutely brilliant! In fact it made me wonder how it was filmed, it was such an epic and worthy of the big screen. The acting was superb and the scenes were sometimes extremely harrowing but what happened at the hands of the nazis WAS very harrowing and barbaric. When watching the end of the last episode tonight I found that there is more World on Fire to come. I am thrilled about this and can hardly wait for the next part of the story. Well done BBC, such a treat to see something really worth watching for a change. I would recommend that all young people, old enough to comprehend, and all adults should watch this series to show the horrors of war and the nazis to make sure it never happens again.
