I do sympathize with the true victims, but our current legal system is not helping the true victims, but on the other hand day by day with exponential rate its becoming a tool of money extortion, Police/lawyers/Judges/NGOs etc provokes ill minded people to file the false cases & then becomes the middle man & extort the money from both the parties. The end result is the innocent suffers. There is a other side of the story too, which people arn't even acknowledging that our country is slowly becoming a country of filling FAC ~ false allegation cases with the intent of revenge or money extortion. False allegation of dowry, domestic violence,rape, sexual harrasment, hurt, abuse, land, robbery, bribe etc. The problem is only the victim suffers : in genuine cases, victim suffers due to delay in getting justice & in false cases the accused suffers due to harassment & money extortion & loss of good will.

If someone do a very wrong Act. we mostly got more angry on two kinds of people. 1. The one who did the wrong act. & 2. the one you expected to be sensible, & help you in getting the justice but end up defending the wrong act. But started getting feeling is there is a third category also : 3. Who lied about that they are sufferer of wrong act, even when they were not. because of such people, second category of people gets manipulated & Justice is not served to innocents one's.
