It’s hard to critique an older film like this. It’s not a brillant film with great acting, Doris Day was 40 & playing a young working woman in NYC. But I was 17 when this film was made & I can relate to how different people were; we were prudes compared to people today but we had integrity & enough naïveté to be kind & generous to others, something lots of people seem to lack today. Anyway, it was a cute film, nothing more.

I thought this movie was scary in the sickest way because he snuck in on & killed people he had no reason to kill. I do wish the Director had chosen to have Costner or hurt play both parts which, for me, would’ve been a great acting challenge either could have met.
