Uh I don't even know why these ppl are saying this movie was bad wen this movie was the most life changing thing I have ever seen in my life changin life. Like honestly wat do ppl even want from a movie these days? Ugh so needy. This movie has it all, the drama, the Oscar worthy acting, the amazing Cgi that looked oh, so, real I peed my pants during the second half!!! THEY EVEN MADE MY SHIP CANNON AHHHHHHH. Any ways my point is that forget every super movie u have ever watch because this movie is better than the avengers and batman combined and don't even get me started On the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE-LIKE PLOT TWISTS OMG!!! I dream about this movie every night and u should too.

Honestly this was the most depressing thing I have ever watched. (I was about 8 when I watched it for the first time) I went in looking for a nice animated story with a bit of love on the side and came out with scarred memories of this movie - and that might seem dramatic but let me tell you, it makes sense if something is tragic for a reason but this thing’s story is terrible and the male lead *spoilers* dies for no reason. Or maybe I’m just blind if I can’t see why. Whenever I think about this now, I just feel like throwing up. If you’re into super depressing stuff with nothing happy in it - then this movie is the thang for you.

First of all let me say that Nani's acting was on point! If you see anyone saying otherwise, don't believe them. The reason for 3 stars is simple: the story is nothing special - It was slow, predictable, and a bit boring at times... The effects were great and Sudheer's acting was good as well, but I guess I went into it with too many expectations and barely any were met. Long story short, if you want to watch a movie with great acting, good visuals and a serial killer, this is the one to turn to. But you really wouldn't want to watch it more than once.

Amazing. Just amazing. That's all I have to say. Read this one and the next and the third one as well because I can tell you for sure that you won't be able to put this series down once you have a dose of Simon, Baz and Penelope. I've read both of the installments of this series and I just have to say that I haven't ever seen anyone portray "the chosen one" this way and it has been done masterfully as well as dealing with the trauma resulting from the first book (because there always is some) in a realistic way. I haven't seen this enough as everyone just assumes everything turns out fine for everyone, but Rainbow Rowell dealt with this in her second book - Wayward Son in a way that makes the protagonists feel real to the readers. In case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly writing about this book but the series in whole as I simply cannot write a proper deserving review if I don't take into account the whole of this series. I'm gonna stop now because if I don't, I'm just going to go on and on on how it's SO beautifully written and how I absolutely love it. Just take my word and go read it.

This is an absolute masterpiece! The acting is amazing, the setting is perfect, and it's an overall must watch film... The slow-burn adds to the effect as the first half sort of gives you the sense that something is just quite not right. The second half is full of action and twists that will keep you at the very edge of your seat. It just comes all together beautifully and you'll be thinking at the end, "Ah! How could I have missed that!" On many occasions.
