It's definitely an homage to the ridiculously over-the-top action movies that have glutted our screens for decades. Trope driven, terrible dialogue, paperdoll characters, and mindless action make for a fun drinking game but worthless movie. I'm glad someone's film making dreams came true but wish I hadn't been a part of said film dreams.
