Brilliant book. Brings out the personality traits of various personality types so well. Enjoyed every page of it. Looking forward to this author's next book. Absolutely love her writing style and powers of description.

Excellently written - found the book very interesting from beginning to end. My personal opinion is that whatever type of carer you select they need to be GOOD and have you and your baby's best interest at heart as they make decisions along the way as your labour progresses. Not someone who has a rigid set of ideas that they want to follow, or in my case an obstetrician who was too lazy to even turn up in time to safely do the c-section I so badly needed. I was a private patient of his and sadly it made no difference.
