Answer to Hot Flashes!! I love the interesting topics you guys share! I watched the episode today on Friday 7/26. Conversation about hot flashes... Terry said let her know if you find a solution. Crazy enough- I have. Not being a fanatic about natural oils, but willing to try anything to help before I get a medicated answer... After talking to my doctor about it, who's not versed in natural oils (she told me to let her know how it worked), I took a leap of faith and tried the Young Living brand (I'm not promoting this brand- just make sure its pure and high quality) of CLARY SAGE. I apply it directly to the bottoms of my feet every night before I go to bed. After having dozens of hot flashes a day for several months, it took less than a week using Clary Sage for them to reduce to the level of barely uncomfortable. Within a month, they were gone completely! I've been using it for about 4 months now and the hot flashes have NOT returned. Life is good again!
