It's a fascinating show. I also really enjoy the fact that these incidents are inspired by 13 things that actually happened. Watching it does make you wonder what or who Nanno really is. People say she could be satin's daughter, a demon, or someone becoming an urban legend because of what she's doing when she transfers to a different school. Someone has also said that she may feed off the fear from the terrible deeds that people have done. Overall it's interesting, and I highly recommend that you watch it.
