Johnson's art is amazingly detailed and kinetic and the way he plots out battles really conveys the power of the characters involved. Throw in some fun pop culture references and a few cameos for those who know, ( There's a little one for us Murder Falcon fans) and an emotional story about trying to define your self worth and see what others see in you, and you get Argent Star. It's great, I thoroughly recommend it.

Its got strong gameplay and a great setting and story. Unfortunately, there are constant glitches and crashes that mar what would otherwise be an excellent game. On multiple occasions the game has completely crashed either upon opening up my inventory or for no reason at all. During combat, enemies will suddenly become invisible. They can still be targeted, but you can only see their weapons floating in the air. I've had combat start up without loading any aspect of the interface, leaving me unable to use any sort of special attacks or to heal my team. I made it through that fight but it was tougher than it should have been. I cannot play this without experiencing crashes. Today alone it crashed on me no less than 3 times. Maybe this is unique to the Xbox One version, maybe not. I'm playing this though Gamepass, so it cost me nothing. Don't pay for this game until it gets patched.
