Not sure if it is the lack of chemistry between the presenters, the cliched production values (Andy Wilman wannabes) or just the general absence of passion for motoring that the old Top Gear package had but this new series of Top Gear just isn’t doing it for me. Chris Harris is without doubt a talented driver but his obsession for all things German makes any track/road test depressingly predictable. Pity as it looks like the Grand Tour is going the same way. Unfortunately YouTube seems to leading the way in innovative and exciting motoring programmes.
