Serpico 01

Don’t believe the critics with this, how a lot of them have given it 5/5 is beyond me.. I’ve seen them give less for far superior films.. some money must have crossed hands with this as it has taken almost 3 years for a production company to pick this up and it gets high ratings, yeah, ok.. This film is shockingly bad, the acting is poor, it tries to far to be humorous, when it isn’t, over aged actors in their mid twenties playing 17/18 year olds is laughable, Hayley Law is 27! nice casting.. all it is a few teenagers running around spontaneously combusting, that’s it.. for over 90 minutes.. there’s no real plot line or conclusion as to why, it’s simply just plain stupid.. We see typecast Langford, yet again, playing another teen with a dodgy American accent, 13RW has done her no favours, she has zero range other than that.. Plummer’s acting is awkward and poor and the chemistry between them just looks fake... Don’t waste your money or your time on this one..
