My friends and I saw Cats as a joke, I don't know what I was expecting. From the get-go we were confused. The story line and plot of the movie are left unclear and we are left completely oblivious for the rest of the time. There were moments in the movie that made us audibly say, "did that really just happen?" There was a scene in the movie where one of the cats starting spinning like a helicopter and ascended into a hole in the roof. It definitely had so much potential. About 5 or 6 people left the theater in the middle of the movie, leaving about 5 or 6 people (including my 3 friends and I) left to watch the movie for the entirety of the 2 hours. 2 hours of my life I will never get back. Some scenes were stretched out and left me wondering, "did this movie really have to be this long?" At the very end of the movie (2 hours of laughing and joking about just how horrible the movie was) two girls turned around and asked us if we were supposed to know the plot. We couldn't answer to say the least. 10/10 would recommend but 10/10 would never EVER watch again.
