So beautiful and eloquently written by a host of diverse Muslim women sharing their shared by also unique struggles and stories. It really reteaches you to review Muslim women through a lens that separates their oppression from their Islam faith, instead of how they are usually portrayed. So many funny stories too. I listened to it on Audible and its all the authors reading their own text. Highly recommend! Taught me a lot about the intersections of religion, race and misogyny within the Muslim diaspore.
