Loved it so much. A few side characters were a bit meh to start with, but overall I loved it

Dialogue was naff. Set was pretty. Story was meh overall. Would have given it 3 stars if Amber Heard wasn't in it

Loved it. Binged the whole season in one night. Loved the plot, the cast, the directing and the premise of the show. Everything was awesome. Excited for the future seasons.

So obviously this is a cheesy Christmas film so some cringe is always expected. The plot was alright. Cute that it's based of real events, however I'm sure their representation of the culture and people there is a little over the top and with a few hints of a saviour complex. I love the two main actors from their other shows (Vikings and Vampire Diaries etc) but for some reason in this they had zero chemistry and we're a bit bland. The side actors were not too bad tbf considering I've never seen most of them before. Hopefully they do some more films. The congresswoman character is a giant a**hole and it would never play out like this irl, she would be destroyed politically if she tried to close a completely free operation that gave needed humanitarian aid. If you're looking for something to watch to kill an hour or so with a cup of hot chocolate then sure, give it a shot.

Cringe, cheesy, plot was a bit all over the place, couple of sexist comments (like the dad being protective over his daughter dating but nobody caring about the son?) Her dad offered him an engagement ring after they were fake dating for about a week? What kind of radio show forces it's workers into country-wide public spectacles about their personal life? Just multiple things I thought were a bit off/rushed too much. The whole plot with Bianca was dumb too hahaha If you're bored and want to have noise in the background then it's cool, but other than that. Nah.

Oh dear lord. The first was okay, but this one was dreadful. Vanessa can't act very well, which is unfortunate because I quite liked her in her Disney days. Her role as the baker Stacey is the best out of a bad bunch. Also, her accents make my ears bleed. Horrendously bad. The Tony guy is awfully bad. His face aggravated me and his awful acting made me want to punch him in the face. Plus it was so obvious what his plot line would be. As are the awfully English sidekicks of Fiona the blatantly bad villian. Also, the little cameo at the end made no sense.the Xmas Prince was a movie in the princess switch world, which means Netflix have put it in purely for advertising. Shame on them.

It's like every other Christmas film in this genre. Cliché, a little cringe and the plot is kinda ridiculous. But it's always fun to watch around Christmas time. Maybe more for kids/ a young family? Unless of course, you're into watching cheesy Xmas films then go right a head. Going to watch the sequel tonight, hopefully it's not the same film again just with 10% changes.

Didn't have high hopes because most rom coms and Xmas shows are terribly cringe. But this was Very enjoyable. Binged the whole season in a night. Characters are very well shown and actually have depth. Plot is very good and innovative. Hopefully there is another season.
